What identification is required?

You will need to bring the following pieces of identification to the test (this ID must include a recognizable photo of you, as well as your signature.)

1. Primary Identification

This ID must include a recognizable photo of you, as well as your signature. One of the following pieces of photo identification:

  • Your valid Passport issued by your country’s government, clearly embossed either in ink or with a raised seal

OR

  • Your valid Canadian Identification Card or Permanent Resident/ Citizenship Card

OR

  • Your valid Canadian Driver’s License

AND

2. Secondary Identification

One of the following pieces of identification:

  • Your official Provincial Health Card

OR

  • Your Credit Card

3. The CELBAN™ Confirmation Letter issued to you by the CELAS Centre
