Registration for CELBAN™
NEW Registration Policies and Procedures
We’re transitioning to online registration system to make it easier to book or make changes to your CELBAN test. As a result, some of the CELBAN registration policies and procedures have changed.
Request for cancellation must be 20 business days before your confirmed test date. An administrative fee applies.
If you wish to transfer a test date, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form. You will then have to complete the registration process again to find another available date.
Requests will be accepted in writing only – by email (preferred), fax or mail. Telephone cancellation or transfers will not be accepted.
Partial test results will be available through special requests only, made in writing.
Failure to appear for the test without notification (test absence) is considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
