Registration for CELBAN™

NEW Registration Policies and Procedures

We’re transitioning to online registration system to make it easier to book or make changes to your CELBAN test. As a result, some of the CELBAN registration policies and procedures have changed.

Key changes:

  • Request for cancellation must be 20 business days before your confirmed test date. An administrative fee applies.
  • If you wish to transfer a test date, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form. You will then have to complete the registration process again to find another available date.
  • Requests will be accepted in writing only – by email (preferred), fax or mail. Telephone cancellation or transfers will not be accepted.
  • Partial test results will be available through special requests only, made in writing.
  • Failure to appear for the test without notification (test absence) is considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
